I am new to buying appliances. How do I know the appliance will be reliable, particularly if it is used? 

Bryan’s refurbishes and tests all its products extensively before any sales occur, to ensure reliability and longevity are not of concern.

Any appliances that are not deemed customer-ready are not listed for sale. To provide additional comfort, there is also a full 3-month warranty included.

I am not able to pick up the appliance(s) I have purchased. What are my options? 

Bryan’s conveniently includes delivery in Ottawa and surrounding areas with all its appliance sales.

I am not familiar with how to install my new appliance or uninstall my old appliance. What are my options? 

Bryan’s includes the uninstallation and removal of your old appliance(s) where possible, as well as the installation of your new appliance(s).

I have an issue with my current appliance, but I don’t think it needs to be replaced. Can Bryan’s help? 

In addition to appliance sales, Bryan’s also offers in-house service to get you the help you need with your existing appliances. Contact us to get a service call scheduled on a day that suits you.
